Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 786ko online betting and gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content and software operated under the domain 786ko.cam ("Platform", "786ko", "we", "us", "our").

786ko is an English-language online sports betting and live casino platform designed and operated for users in the Pakistan market and other jurisdictions where access is not prohibited under applicable law. The Platform offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL and ICC tournaments), football, esports, UFC and live casino products including slots, table games and live dealer titles.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual user account created and maintained on the Platform in accordance with the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under the operator's compliance obligations before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Platform" means the 786ko website, mobile interface, applications and all associated services accessible via 786ko.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User from their own financial means, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, including jurisdictions where the operator holds no licence to operate.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who registers for or uses an Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any other supplementary policies, rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that your acceptance is made on their behalf.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. 786ko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licensing conditions, whichever is higher.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor or close family member of 786ko or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be under self-exclusion or any cooling-off period applied to your Account.

786ko reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including at account registration, upon making a first deposit or before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension or closure of the Account.

Account Registration & Security

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in duplicate accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must promptly update any information that changes. 786ko accepts no liability arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password and any other authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

You must notify 786ko support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 786ko will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report a breach promptly.

786ko operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its compliance obligations. Verification documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of the operator's compliance team. 786ko reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals or all platform access pending completion of KYC.

Deposits & Payment Methods

786ko accepts deposits through payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Methods referenced in informational content on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT — are cited as familiar payment options used in Pakistan. Their reference does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with any of those payment providers, nor does it imply that those providers endorse, permit or approve of gambling transactions.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted. 786ko reserves the right to reverse transactions funded from third-party sources and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method as displayed in the cashier.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account balance promptly upon confirmation, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.
• 786ko does not accept deposits that are funded by credit facilities unless explicitly permitted by the payment method and applicable law.
• Currency conversion applies where a deposit is made in a currency other than the Account's display currency (PKR). Conversion rates are determined by the operator and may include a spread.

Withdrawals & KYC Requirements

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed:

1. The Account must be fully verified under the KYC process (Section 5.3).
2. The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the User's own name that matches the Account name.
3. All applicable Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus Funds must be met in full.
4. The Account must be in good standing — not suspended, restricted or under compliance review.
5. The requested amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the cashier for the chosen method.

786ko does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing is subject to internal review schedules, the receiving payment provider's own timelines, and any applicable compliance checks. Users should refer to the cashier for indicative processing estimates, which are not binding commitments.

786ko reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is large, the Account activity appears unusual, or where required by applicable compliance obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

786ko may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend rewards and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside that Promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

• Bonus Funds carry Wagering Requirements that must be met before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the relevant Promotion terms.
• Real Money Funds are used first when placing bets; Bonus Funds are used once Real Money Funds are exhausted, unless the applicable Promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred.
• 786ko reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time with or without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse.
• Each eligible Account may claim a given Promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms.

Any attempt to abuse the Promotions system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using low-risk hedging strategies to clear Wagering Requirements, or colluding with other users — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 786ko reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings and close the Account in such cases.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the general betting rules published in the Platform's help section as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules applicable to the event in question. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bet acceptance: Bets are only binding upon confirmation from the Platform. A bet is not accepted solely by a User entering selections. Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Obvious errors: 786ko reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error or human error. Users should not exploit apparent pricing errors.
• Voided events: Where an event is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules, which may include voiding bets at the stake returned.
• Live betting: In-play (live) markets are available on selected events including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilaterals), football and esports. In-play odds change rapidly; 786ko accepts no liability for market suspensions or delays in odds updates during live events.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per event and sport category as displayed in the betting interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or odds-pricing systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corrupt influence on sporting outcomes that are the subject of bets on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform for any financial crime or money laundering purpose.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes, share information or gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Any conduct that is unlawful, offensive, abusive or that harms 786ko or other users of the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

786ko is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is strictly for adults: 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Gambling should be entertainment — never a way to generate income or to address financial difficulties.

786ko provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible via the Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited into your Account.
• Loss limits: Caps on the total amount that can be lost over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Automatic session duration reminders and hard limits that log you out after a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary temporary or indefinite Account suspension. Contact support or use the Account settings to activate self-exclusion immediately.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any Platform Content without prior written consent from 786ko.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any Platform Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Use the 786ko brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786ko, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
• Any interruption to or unavailability of the Platform, including during planned maintenance or unplanned outages.
• Errors in odds, results or settlements caused by third-party data providers, which will be corrected as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Losses arising from changes in applicable law that affect your ability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 786ko's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 786ko makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose or as to the accuracy or completeness of any information contained on it.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation.

786ko does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account activity or any other matter, Users should in the first instance contact the 786ko support team via live chat or email at support@786ko.cam. 786ko will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's applicable gaming licence. 786ko will provide details of the applicable mechanism upon request.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought individually. You agree not to participate in class action litigation or consolidated dispute proceedings against 786ko.

Amendments to These Terms

786ko reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 786ko will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users via the email address on file or via a notification displayed on the Platform.

Any amendments take effect from the date stated in the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
